  • Only registered authors & co-authors will be provided with the certificates.

  • We recognize unexpected circumstances may arise, so please review our policy carefully. The cancellation policy takes into account costs associated with venue booking, printing, and initial planning.
  • Cancellations 60+ Days Prior 60% Refund offered: Receive a significant portion of your registration fee to cover upfront costs.
  • Cancellations 30-60 Days Prior 40% refundable
  • Cancellations Within 30 Days No Refund: Due to commitments made with partners and providers, refunds are not possible within this timeframe.
  • You can transfer your registration to a friend or colleague who can represent you and receive your certificate.
  • The person who goes to the conference using your name will get the certificate.
  • You can switch your registration to another exciting event hosted by our organization that better suits your schedule.
  • SFNP Academy cannot directly assist with individual visa applications. Please contact the relevant embassy or consulate to inquire about business visa requirements
  • Business visas are mandatory for all delegates and invitees. Ensure you apply well in advance, considering processing times and potential delays.
  • Visa application and potential rejection are not covered under SFNP Academy cancellation policy.
